Market is pulling back
📉 Pullback time – exactly as expected!
If you’ve been hanging out with me in the live webinars, you’d know I’ve been calling for a pullback. That’s why I’ve been reminding SMG members to lock in some profits first.

Here’s my thinking:
1️⃣ Even in a bull run, markets don’t go straight up. Short term pullbacks are healthy and actually give us opportunities.
2️⃣ September looks tricky… no matter what the Fed does, it’s hard to see a “good” outcome.
3️⃣ Earnings season is winding down, which means macro takes the driver’s seat again. Institutions are already taking profits, so prices naturally face some pressure.
I’ll dive deeper this Thursday during the Invest with Pete Live Webinar (details coming soon 🎤).
And oh, during today’s lunchtime I’ll also be speaking at a property investment webinar! If you’re understand the latest changes to the Singapore property scene and how it affects investors, come join me for that one too 🏠✨https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibxt-eQruv8
Meanwhile check out this:
Former Zillow exec targets $1.3T market
The wealthiest companies tend to target the biggest markets. For example, NVIDIA skyrocketed nearly 200% higher in the last year with the $214B AI market’s tailwind.
That’s why investors are so excited about Pacaso.
Created by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso brings co-ownership to a $1.3 trillion real estate market. And by handing keys to 2,000+ happy homeowners, they’ve made $110M+ in gross profit to date. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
No wonder the same VCs behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay also invested in Pacaso. And for just $2.90/share, you can join them as an early-stage Pacaso investor today.
Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.
Happy Hunting!
