Nvidia just dropped its Q1 FY2026 earnings — and it’s a monster quarter that shows the AI boom is far from over, even with some geopolitical curveballs in play.

📊 Key Highlights:

  • Record Revenue: $44.1 billion — that’s a 69% jump year-on-year, mainly driven by a huge 73% leap in data center revenue. AI is clearly still eating the world.

  • Gaming On Fire: Their gaming segment raked in $3.8 billion — a record — up 42% YoY thanks to their RTX 50 series and new AI-powered features.

  • China Export Hit: They took a $4.5 billion hit due to unsold chips that couldn’t be shipped to China — thanks to the US restrictions. Even with that, they still crushed EPS expectations.

  • Forward Guidance: Next quarter’s projected revenue? $45 billion. And that’s after factoring in another $8 billion headwind from China. You don’t forecast like that unless demand is crazy strong.

  • Market Reaction: Stock jumped more than 4% after hours. Bulls are alive and well.
