Yesterday, I did a video talking about the much lower than expected land price sold in Singapore. 

In the comments section, it was lit! There are two camps. One is crying that prices are too high so it is good it is coming down. One is shouting that prices will be higher from here. 

In fact, after my video, the adjacent land was triggered to tender by an unknown developer 🧐 Why would they do that?
