Tesla Tanks 17%

What Happened?

In partnership with

What. A. Week.

Markets are giving us a full-blown soap opera — and honestly, I’m just enjoying the show 🍿 while locking in trade profits and collecting my 12% interest on the side. Let’s break it down:

🔥 Tesla Tanks 17% — What Happened?

Tesla shares just took a massive 17% dive this week. This wasn’t your usual market dip — it was a full-on confidence crisis.

  • 🇩🇪 In Germany, May sales dropped 36% YoY — just 1,210 cars sold.

  • 🇨🇳 In China, Tesla’s Shanghai plant shipped 62,000 units in May — that’s down 15% YoY.

  • 📉 Even year-to-date sales are down a whopping 58% in Germany.

  • Meanwhile, Q2 weekly sales in China rose a bit... but not enough to calm nerves.

Add that to Elon’s sudden hyper-focus on fixing operations at X and Tesla — sleeping in server rooms and all — and you’ve got investors nervous that there’s more turbulence ahead.

And here’s the real kicker (and a bit of ironic comedy):
Remember when people were burning Tesla cars because Elon backed Trump?
Now he’s falling out with Trump… and people are burning Tesla shares. 🔥📉

You can’t make this stuff up.

💡 So What’s My Tesla Trade Idea?

Got this question from one of our SMG members — and here’s my response:

SELL PUT.

Fear like this = opportunity for those with a plan.

▶️ Example: Sell a TSLA Put at $130 strike (18 Jul expiry)
💵 Collect $1.16 premium

That means:

  • Either I buy TSLA at a 50% discount (if it drops),

  • Or I make 1% return in 1 month for doing nothing.

That’s the kind of asymmetric trade I love — high reward, defined risk, and zero drama.

📺 Just Released: New Market Update + 3 Trade Ideas!

Dropped a new video for SMG members only — talking about the current market setup, what I’m trading this week, and one surprising stock I’m now bullish on (I used to be bearish, but hey, facts change — and smart traders adapt 💡)
